How do I place an order?
When you're done shopping, click "checkout" to place
your order. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply
edit your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout. During
checkout, you will be asked to provide:
Your e-mail address
Your credit card billing address
Your shipping address
Your preferred shipping method
Your credit card type, number and expiration date
Can I change my order during
Yes. The "review order" page lists your order information
and gives you another opportunity to make changes. Your order
will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged
if you do not click "submit order."

How can I be sure my order has been received?
Once you click "submit order" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been successfully processed.
Are there other ways to place
Yes. If you prefer not to order online, you may place your
order over the phone by calling us at 212-744-6500.

What forms of payment does AKMD Skincare Online accept?
Akmdskincare.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa,
MasterCard and American Express.
What if I don't have any of those?
You can place an order using a check or money order by ordering your purchase by phone. You may place your order over the phone by calling us at 212-744-6500.
When will my credit card account be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once you hit the "submit" order button.
We are required to charge sales tax to the following states:
CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, NY, and NJ.

Delivery orders must be received weekdays (Monday-Friday) by 2PM EST to be processed that day, and credit card authorization and verification must be obtained. Orders placed over the weekend (after 2pm Friday–Sunday), including Overnight delivery orders, will be processed on Monday.
Akmdskincare.com can only ship orders to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
Akmdskincare.com accepts orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories of PuertoRico and U.S. Virgin Islands, but some restrictions may apply. Call

Does AKMD Skincare ship to
Yes. However, online orders can only be shipped within the
United States. International orders can be placed by calling
us directly at 212-744-6500 Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional shipping
rates will apply.

Order Status and Tracking
How do I know if my order has
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order
and provided us with a valid e-mail address: The first confirms
that your order has been received (your order confirmation
number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within
approximately 24 hours. The second confirms that your order
has been successfully processed and is ready to ship (any
tracking information will be included).
What if an item I've ordered
is out of stock?
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy
our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If
we are permanently out of stock on an item that you've ordered,
we will notify you. Please call 212-744-6500 anytime with
any questions about out-of-stock items.
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we can not accept any return on products which
have been 20% consumed. If you are not satisfied with your
product choice, please return it to AKMD Skincare within 14
days with your original receipt and receive a full credit
towards another product.
To return your products for exchange, place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and send it to us. If you don't have your original invoice, make sure to include your name and shipping address as you believe it appeared on the invoice. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method such as FedEx or USPS. Include your packing slip or a copy of your receipt. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
